Wills - Deeds and Land Conyeyances - Misc

Old legal documents (births, deaths, land transfers and the probate of wills etc.) are public records that can provide a wealth of information for researchers as they often contain the names of spouses and children. They are most often found in the records of the town where the event took place. These early documents can be hard to locate and are often difficult to read.

Note: These transcriptions while valuabe are not the work of professional transcribers but are instead the work of amateur genealogists, people like you and me researching their ancestry, and may contain some transcribing errors.
