Declaration of Lawful Heirs of Lucy Matteson by son Henry A. Matteson

Be it remembered that Henry A. Matteson Came before this
Court and produced satisfactory evidence to show, that his
Mother, Lucy Matteson, widow of Job Matteson, deceased, died
on the 26th day of February last and that she was under pension
from the United States and that Phebe Weaver widow of Langford
Weaver deceased, Sarah Relph wife of Nathan Relph, Zilphah Stone
wife of Knight Stone,Wanton J Matteson, Antha Gorton, wife
of Job Gorton, and Henry A. Matteson, are the Lawful Heirs
of the said Lucy Matteson.

This Court is adjourned to the first Monday in April next at the
place, at Nine o'clock A.M.
